WESTERN LESSONS

wHAT HAPPENS IN AN HOUR LONG LESSON...

RATHER THAN WAITING A FEW MINUTES FOR PICTURES TO LOAD,

GO TO FACEBOOK AND LOOK UNDER DREAMCATCHER FARMS.  THANKS.

  1. Find and groom your horse and put the saddle/bridle on if you can...

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Put on safety equipment and mount your horse...

     

 

 

 

 

  1. Beginning beginners ride in the roundpen (60' dia.); their success depends on how much they smile!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. If you are advanced enough, we go to the arena to ride and go over/through obstacles.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. After we ride, we go back to the barn, untack the horses and give them treats...

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is a very basic level of lessons.  If you are more advanced than this, don't hesitate to contact me and we can discuss your goals.  If you are an adult, don't be intimidated by these kids, I had to show my niece's and nephew's progress.  I also teach my mother (70 yo) to ride.  When I get pictures of her I'll show them too!
